Donald M. Capuano, 88, passed away on April 5th 2024. Born in Providence, RI on February 25th, 1936 to the late Pasco A. Capuano and Gerturde Agnes Knowles. He was the husband to Claire L. Rivet and they share two sons Dominic A. Capuano and Vincent D. Capuano of Pawtucket, RI. He is survived by his sister and brother Marie Hall of North Providence, RI and Pat Capuano of Bluffton S. Carolina. He was the brother to the late Gordon, Robert and Melvin Capuano.

Donald Served in the US Army in the 1950s and was a firefighter in Woonsocket, RI in 1960. He became Chief housing director in Woonsocket. Donald was the tax assessor for the City of Providence in 1972 and also was a Vice Pres. in taxes for Zayre Dept. Stone in Framingham, Ma. Donald most of all loved all his scottish terriers and carrin terriers. He loved bowling with his friends in East Providence RI bowling league and was an avid lover of bicycles and many other hobbies. He will be dearly missed by all friends and family. Services were private.
